Celebrate the holiday season with Shakespeare Opera Theatre’s lighthearted presentation of this classic story. Adapted from the original Brothers Grimm fairy tale by siblings Engelbert Humperdinck (composer) and Adelheid Wette (librettist) for the operatic stage, this siblings-lost-in-the-woods show is a true family affair! This 19th century opera is admired for its folk music-inspired themes and compelling characters, making it the perfect introduction to opera for all ages.

Munch on Bavarian treats like Soft Pretzels, Charcuterie and Cheese, Black Forest cupcakes, Strudel and authentic Christmas Stollen before and during the show!
