Fridays are Pay What You Will – Will Shakespeare, that is!
Student Rush tickets are always $20 at the door with ID for all performances. Arrive 30 minutes before the performance time to purchase Student Rush tickets.
Approximate run time: 90 minutes with one intermission
Shakespeare Opera Theatre presents Engelbert Humperdinck’s fairy-tale opera Hansel & Gretel. Mischief, hunger, and an amble into the mythical Black Forest of Bavaria lead to an encounter with the Witch and her gingerbread house. All’s well that ends well (thanks, Shakespeare), but this story is all about the journey! Humperdinck’s music, built on folk-inspired themes, brings both playfulness and intensity to this classic tale.
Table seating opens 30 minutes before each performance. Food and drink will be available before the show and at intermission. Children are welcome and encouraged!

Unless otherwise noted, tickets are available in Adult, Youth, Child, and Senior categories.
Ticketing Notes
We’re using a new system this season. Instead of having a separate page for each performance, all dates and ticket options are listed together.
